1. Place your order
Add your piece to the cart, choose optional extras such as complimentary gift wrapping or extra shipping protection, and complete checkout by selecting Bank Transfer.
2. Pay by secure bank transfer
Given the value of our pieces, we accept payment by bank transfer (wire or ACH) only. Our bank details and your order number appear on your order confirmation page. We never share bank details in the chat. If you ever receive different details, do not pay and contact us.
3. Send your proof of payment
Once your transfer is sent, open the live chat on our website and send a screenshot or photo of your proof of payment with your order number. An advisor will confirm your order.
4. Your piece is reserved for 72 hours
We hold your item for 72 hours while we wait for your transfer.
5. Insured shipping
Orders ship fully insured with tracking, and are delivered within 7 days. Follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page.
6. Returns
