Delivery Within 7 Days
Every order is delivered within 7 days maximum of the order date. Your estimated delivery window is displayed on each product page and is updated daily.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
All orders are shipped fully insured with a reputable carrier. For your security, signature confirmation may be required at delivery for high-value items.
International Shipping
Where international shipping is available, rates are shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and fees charged by their country. Customs clearance may add time outside of our control.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. Address changes can only be made before the order ships.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at us@fashionshubs.store. We will open a claim with the carrier and keep you informed.
